The Food Bible was set up by Ryan Turner in 2010 with the purpose of sharing a wealth of food and drink related knowledge with the world.

Ryan, a young entrepreneur already with his own catering company, A La Maison Bespoke Catering has a huge passion for all things food and drink. Cooking, eating and drinking are what Ryan lives for and the next natural step for him was to share his passion with you!

Ryan has worked all over the world gaining experience in some of the best restaurants and establishments, he has worked in the French Alps and the South of France, a luxurious private members country club in Connecticut and has also had the chance to work alongside Michelin star chef Hywel Jones.

Along with his many years of experience, Ryan has also received a top class education in the hospitality and catering field gaining a chef diploma, wine tasting diploma and an honours degree.
