1. Chop the cucumber apple and orange into small pieces
2. slice the strawberries
3. Fill a large jug with ice and add your pimm's and enough lemonade or sprite to almost fill the jug, leaving space for the fruit.
4. Add the mixed fruit and mint leaves and stir well with a long spoon
5. Serve in tall glasses with a straw.
Chef tip
Try using any combination of fresh fruit you can find such as raspberries, mango and pineapple
