Method

1.Preheat the oven to 350F. 2.Begin by making the flour. 3.Cream the eggs and sugar together, taking care not to over soften. 4.Add the butter and mix for a few seconds. 5.Gradually incorporate the sieved flour and salt. Mix lightly until smooth. 6.Allow to rest in a cool place before rolling out the pastry. 7.To make the pumpkin filling, simply mix all the ingredients for the filling together in a large bowl. 8.Line a pastry case with the sweet pastry. 9.Fill the tart with the ready mixed pumpkin filling. 10.Glaze the tart with sugar and water. 11.Bake for 55-60 minutes.
